Green This Life's eco-boutique is dedicated to providing stylish, eco-friendly products to promote your well being. We take great pride in the quality of the products we carry and want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) following the guidelines below.
- All returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition and received by us within 10 days of the date you received the merchandise with freight prepaid. Custom orders, undergarments, swimwear and furniture items are not returnable. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help ensure a suitable replacement is sent to you

- All SALE items are final
- Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer.
- Returns received beyond 30 days from the date of purchase can not be accepted and will be automatically returned to the sender.
- Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. As credit card statements are cyclical, a credit to your account may not appear in the same month you returned the item. Please be sure to check two billing cycles to ensure proper credit has been received. If you have questions or concerns about a returned item, please call, or email us at info@greenthislife.com.
Product availability
We strive to offer products on our website that are in-stock and ready to ship when you order; however some of our items are hand-made, artisan products and may take longer to arrive. Product copy will state if there is a longer delivery time for the item. During check out we will do our best to provide you with the inventory status. If an item is unavailable we will provide you with the date that we expect to ship that product.

Shipping & Handling:
Green This Life and its vendors strive to exercise eco-responsible business practices which also extend to packaging and shipping methods. Wherever possible the use of sustainable packaging materials, bio-degradable bags, recycled cardboard boxes, and recycled plastic bags is encouraged.
Most orders ship within 48 hours and usually arrive in 5-10 business days. As noted on our website, for furniture made by Pacific Rim and Legare, we will contact these vendors directly in order to ensure the best pricing for our customers.
Express shipping
3-Day ($14.95 additional) and Next Day ($22.95 additional) shipping are available on most items. Items shipped via 3-Day or Next Day delivery that have been ordered by 2pm Pacific (Monday-Friday) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2PM Pacific Friday and on Saturday-Sunday will ship on Monday. Charges are per address. Express shipping is not available for oversized items, or to P.O. boxes. Express shipping is not available to AK, HI, Guam, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands.

Shipping surcharges
Some items have shipping surcharges due to their size - these additional charges will be noted on the product page.
Furniture shipping
Standard shipping of furniture is to your door (not inside). Furniture cannot be shipped via express delivery and most furniture cannot be shipped outside of the continental U.S.
Orders within the Continental U.S.
Our shipping days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after Noon (12pm) on Friday will not ship until the following Monday.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories

International Orders
At present Green This Life does not ship to addresses outside of the U.S. and its territories.
